OVERVIEW

Woodfields Baptist Church in Greenwood, SC, is currently seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to provide pastoral leadership in conjunction with their elder team. They are seeking a Lead Pastor who is a gifted preacher, is personally discipling others to follow Jesus, and has a heart for the local church.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Characterizes qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 & Titus 1

  • Affirms the Baptist Faith and Message (2000)

  • Ideally, someone with a minimum of 3 years of pastoral ministry experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Along with the elder team, oversee the ministries of the church

  • Regularly preach at the Sunday gathering

  • Be regularly discipling others

  • Provide counseling and pastoral visits to members of the congregation
