Worship Director for Spanish Ministries

OVERVIEW

Faith Baptist Church in Youngsville, NC is seeking a Worship Director for their Spanish Ministries to provide ministry leadership and oversight to the worship ministries of their Spanish Ministries and to disciple the people in their Spanish Ministries through his life and song/music.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

  • Doctrinal alignment with Baptist Faith & Message 2000

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)

  • Solid music knowledge; can lead worship vocally and instrumentally

  • Strong understanding of Scripture and worship theology

  • Seminary education preferred or equivalent experience

  • Skilled in training, mentoring, and motivating volunteers

  • Committed to holiness and personal spiritual growth

  • Willing to become a member of Faith if not already

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Spanish Ministries Pastor to plan and lead engaging, Spirit-led, theologically sound Sunday worship and special programs

  • Ensure all musical and technical elements are aligned with the theme and well-executed

  • Collaborate with the Worship Pastor to align Spanish Worship Ministry with FBC’s vision

  • Lead worship and recruit leaders for Spanish events

  • Oversee all elements of worship: music, media, tech, volunteers, and coordination

  • Identify, train, and develop future worship leaders

  • Build and maintain worship/tech volunteer teams

  • Curate a biblically sound, Christ-centered Spanish song repertoire

  • Manage weekly worship logistics using Planning Center, Multitracks, etc.
