OVERVIEW
As Pillar has expanded globally, one particularly encouraging aspect has been our growth among Spanish speaking congregations. In recent years, we have welcomed a number of churches in South and North America, as well as the Caribbean. In many of these contexts, there is tremendous growth among like-minded churches who have rejected the prosperity gospel. For this we praise God!
Another exciting occurrence among our Hispanic brothers and sisters is the expansion of bible conferences throughout Latin America. Over the past two years, we have held conferences in Puerto Rico, Colombia, and other nations in the Caribbean. These conferences helped minister to numerous pastors around the globe and encourage others to consider healthy exposition, ecclesiology, and missions. These conferences have been prime opportunities for many of our American pastors to visit with our Hispanic churches, developing meaningful partnerships. This is a key advantage to our network; the ability to foster confident cooperation among churches from different parts of the world who agree doctrinally.

MEET VICTOR RODRIGUEZ
A vital part to Pillar Español is our Hispanic Church Coordinator, Victor Rodriguez. Víctor was born in Texas and grew up in Puerto Rico. In 2004 he moved to Charlotte. The inclination to serve in the ministry came quite quickly and naturally after his conversion in 2005. He and his wife, Eunice, have three children: Luis, Adrián and Ana. In 2016, as Victor continued to grow in his love for the Lord and his understanding of the sufficiency of the Scriptures and the need for Spanish-speaking churches committed to living the gospel through sound doctrine, he said yes to the pastoral call. Eunice serves her family and the church through music, as well as ministering to other women. Victor has a Master's Degree in Christian Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, the Lord in His sovereignty, grace and mercy, merged two churches in need (one in Charlotte and the other in Rock Hill) so they could be revitalized by demonstrating His love and care for His children. It is here that Victor became one of the pastors of Park Baptist Church until the launch of Soli Deo Gloria Baptist Church in May 2025.

Expository Mentorship
Expository mentorship in collaboration with Prédica Fiel ministries. This is an online expository preaching mentorship in which each participant receives instruction time, small-group feedback on their interpretation of a given passage, and also feedback on their preaching.

This is a monthly call with all the Spanish-speaking pastors in our network to tackle pastoral subjects and have a time of prayer.

Encarga Ministry
This partnership focuses on training church members and pastors in biblical counseling. Available for member's of Pillar Network churches or pastors of the Network.
Monthly Prayer & Encouragement Call
Open to all Pillar Women Español. We meet on the last Tuesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. ET for a time of prayer, encouragement, and spiritual growth centered on a new Scripture passage each month.

PILLAR WOMEN ESPAÑOL
Pastors’ Wives Deepening Call
A monthly Bible discussion and discipleship gathering for pastors’ wives, held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. ET. During this call, we revisit and deepen our study of the Scripture introduced during the previous month's Prayer & Encouragement Call, encouraging one another to apply God's Word to our lives and ministry.
