PILLAR COHORTS 2026
REVITALIZATION COHORT
Join a cohort of like-minded pastors in discussing revitalization of the local church.

SENDING CHURCH COHORT
Join a cohort of like-minded pastors discussing church planting and becoming a sending church.

AP/XP PASTORS COHORT
This cohort is aimed at equipping and encouraging executive and associate pastors. In addition to the monthly video calls, there's an ongoing online community where we share resources, ideas, and best practices.

First Monday of the month at 3:00PM Eastern
PASTOR TO PASTOR MENTORING COHORT
This cohort will pair veteran Pillar pastors who are seasoned in ministry and marriage with pastors who are at the beginning of pastoral ministry and early stages of marriage and / or fatherhood.
Led by Dwayne Milioni and other veteran pastors.
WORSHIP LEADERS COHORT
This cohort is aimed at equipping and encouraging worship leaders/pastors. In addition to the monthly video calls, there's an ongoing online community where we share resources, ideas, and best practices.

PILLAR DMIN COHORT
Join a cohort of like-minded pastors in the Pillar DMin program at SEBTS.

YOUTH MINISTRY COHORT
Join a cohort of like-minded pastors and ministry workers in discussing Youth Ministry in the local church.

PILLAR LAB: BUILDING A RESIDENCY
The Building a Residency Lab aims to help Pillar churches to develop or refine their process for residencies or internships with a step-by-step tutorial on how to construct a workable, contextualized model that has been peer reviewed by the end of the process.
Lab participants will meet once per month from October 2026 to May 2027 in a Zoom call, work on individual assignments, and present their final residency process to the group for feedback and revision.

ONLINE PREACHING COHORT
The Growing Preacher: From Study to Pulpit is a fourteen-lesson course taking you through every part of preaching—from how you study the text to how you deliver the sermon. Whether you've been preaching for decades or are still finding your footing, this course is designed to help you, and those you are training, to feed your people from the whole Bible, with Christ at the center, week after week.
