OUR PROCESS…
Below are the steps in our application process for joining Pillar. Please read through each step before applying. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Read over all of our belief statements, our DNA, and our covenant. Next, fill out our Online Application .

After applying, one of our staff members will reach out to you for an interview by phone, in-person, or through Zoom. This will help us get to know you better & ensure theological affinity.

After the staff interview, our team will forward a brief assessment to evaluate theological alignment and follow-up with references to ensure like-mindedness.

Upon staff approval, we'll ask you to read over our Covenant of Partnership one more time, and if you agree to our network obligations, you'll sign the covenant on behalf of your church.

Once we receive your signed covenant, our team will notify our Board that your church has officially joined Pillar and highlight your church in our next newsletter.
