Associational Missions Strategist (DOM)

OVERVIEW

The Green River Baptist Association is seeking an Associational Missions Strategist (DOM) to lead its 34 member churches in the foothills of Western NC.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 or more years of senior pastor experience

• Doctrinally aligned with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000

• Strong preaching, people, & teamwork skills

• A bachelors degree from a reputable school is required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading pastors in a ministry of encouragement & prayer

• Leading churches to engage in church planting & revitalization

• Leading churches to engage in missions locally & globally

• Leadership development
