OVERVIEW

Mount Hermon Baptist Church in the RDU area of NC was established in 1856, and for the past three years there has been a revitalization effort in partnership with the Pillar Network. The Lord has shown much grace to their congregation and they are excited about the opportunity to hire a full-time pastoral assistant. Their hope is to bring in a brother who will be able to serve alongside of and assist the elders in pastoral ministry, and also to equip and prepare the individual serving in the role for future pastoral ministry, whether at MHBC or elsewhere. They have identified a prospective candidate for the role, and are looking to raise $15,000 in additional support from partner churches to enable them to support this brother and his family.
