Financial Partners for Pastoral Salary Support

OVERVIEW

Blackrock Community Baptist Church has one full-time pastor and is need of financial support to bring on an Assistant Pastor. In the past few years shepherding needs and ministry opportunities have grown considerably. Our members are taking a step of faith to raise an additional €20,000 to offer our current Pastoral Intern (a godly, competent man) an Assistant Pastor position with the church from 1 January 2027 (when the internship finishes and he will need to get a full time job to support himself and his family). As a church we have also identified the potential to mobilize and send this pastor to plant another church in Dublin in the next few years. The training in this role will be invaluable.

We trust the Lord for the provision and are praying that the members will rise to this challenge, but we face the initial financial obstacle of meeting our costs in the first two years.
