Worship Pastor for New Church Plant

OVERVIEW

Arrowhead Church Kingsport is seeking to partner with a fellow Pillar church to supply a Worship Pastor for our church plant who is covenanting together in January 2027. We are prayerfully open to providing a part-time salary or partnering with a Pillar church to provide for a full-time salary. A semester by semester termed residency is also an option, though a salaried position is preferred.

Kingsport, TN is a growing rural city of around 50k, situated within a larger rural metro of 180k people with affordable housing and great accessibility to natural recreation. Additionally, there is a local SEBTS cohort that meets at a partnering associational church.
