Phil Newton (Director of Pastoral Care & Mentoring) will lead a panel discussion on Raising up Elders in Our Churches. Panelists will include Rich Shadden (Park Avenue Church, Memphis, TN), Tom Mercer (Christ Covenant Church, Raleigh, NC), and Alex Daher (Igreja Batista Jardim Minestota, Saô Paulo, Brazil). These experienced pastors will help us think through on how to recognize, develop, and affirm elders.
