Director of Finance & Development

Nathan Baumgartner serves as the Director of Finance and Development at the Pillar Network. He also serves as the Director of Operations and Worship at Redeemer Bible Church, a Pillar Network church in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Before a transition to vocational ministry, Nathan spent over fifteen years at a Fortune 500 financial services company, holding executive roles in general management, product development, transformation, and sales. He has engaged in church ministry in both volunteer and staff capacities since college. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Liberty University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and he is currently pursuing seminary studies at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Nathan resides in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area with his wife, Rachel, and their four children.
