What is a pastor? Should churches have a plurality of pastors/elders? These questions and more will be addressed in the 2023 Building Healthy Churches Conference hosted by North Hills, a Pillar church, in West Monroe, LA. This conference will feature Phil Newton and Rich Shadden. Together, Phil and Rich wrote Shepherding the Pastor which was released in February 2023. This one-day event will be packed with encouragement for churches, resources for attendees, and a time of great fellowship.
