Board Member

Clint is the Lead Pastor of King’s Cross. He began having the dream and desire to plant a multi-ethnic and multi-generational church while working for Campus Outreach Charlotte in his late twenties. After his time with Campus Outreach he did a church planting internship at Imago Dei Church in Raleigh, NC. God gloriously interrupted the dream to plant with a call to be the Lead Pastor of Freedom Church in Lincolnton, NC. After four fruitful years, Freedom sent the Darsts and a small team to plant King’s Cross. Clint and Luke Vandall led the team to launch King’s Cross in November of 2017. Lord willing, Clint will complete his Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2021. Clint is married to his best friend, Rachel. They have 3 children: Eden, Nias, and Noah. In addition to God, his family and the church, Clint loves football, coffee, Doritos, and smoked brisket.
